Docly, the Web 2.0 online word processor with copyright protection, automatically assigns copyrights (both All Rights Reserved and Creative Commons) licenses to all published Docly Documents. Copyright licensing is provided through Numly and the Numly Number (ESN) is automatically embedded into the Docly Document. All Numly Numbers can be tracked in your Numly account under the Manage ESN link in the web portal.

Docly Documents can be sold or purchased online! Access fees can be set on Docly Documents by the author at the time of publication. Docly tracks all documents that you have purchased to date allowing you to access them any time via the library in your Docly account.

Think of Docly as a combination of Flickr for text and Writely for word processing and Lulu for selling digital documents.
